Ukrainian painter. Pavlov Victor Anatolyevich was born on October 15, 1947 in Odessa. In 1961, he visited the art studio at the State Museum of Fine Arts. Alexander Pushkin in Moscow. In 1965 he entered the artistic and design department of the Odessa College of Soviet Trade (Patrov VK) and two years later, after his reorganization, he transferred to the picturesque and pedagogical department of OGHU. In the 1978-1988 biennium, the artist-monumentalist of the Odessa Artistic and Industrial Combine of the KhF USSR.
