Soviet Ukrainian painter, landscape painter. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. Danila Panteleevich Bednosey was born on December 24, 1924 in the village of Velikie Dmitrovichi in the Obukhov district of the Kiev region. Member of the Great Patriotic War, he was awarded orders and medals. In 1947 – 1953 he studied at the Kiev Art Institute with V. Kostetskiy, G. Melikhov and I. Shtilman. Since 1951 – participant in republican and all-union art exhibitions. Bednoshey D.P. – Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1960. He has the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. Lived and worked in Kiev. Works of Bednoshey DP are stored in museum and private collections of Ukraine, Russia, Europe, USA, Japan.
