Zhura Alexander Yakovlevich

Soviet Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Union of Artists. Zhura Alexander Yakovlevich was born in 1927 – Ukrainian painter. He graduated from the Odessa State Art College (1955). Author of numerous landscapes, still lifes, portraits and subject – thematic pictures. Member of regional, republican and all-union art exhibitions. He held solo exhibitions in Cherkassy, ​​Kiev, Moscow. He sailed on the icebreaker “Captain Belousov” in Antarctica on a creative business trip. The works are in private and state collections of Ukraine, Russia, Cuba, Germany, France, Poland, USA.
