Soviet Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Union of Artists since 1972. Master of a thematic picture. He was born on September 12, 1927 in the town of Kozyatin, Vinnytsia region. He graduated from the Kiev School of Decorative and Applied Arts (1951). The AIC. Lived and worked in Kiev. He often turned to the Revolutionary and Leninist themes of the Great October Revolution, the Great Patriotic War, the theme of childhood. Major works: “After the Flight”, “Trip to the Village”, “In the Kindergarten”, “At the Well”, “Trypillian Tragedy” and many others. Author of many landscapes, still lifes, portraits and thematic paintings. The participant of city, regional and republican exhibitions. He had solo exhibitions. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1972). He died in 1988 in Kiev. The author’s works are presented in many public and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
