Soviet Ukrainian painter and graphic artist, master of landscape genre, seascape. Was born in Khmelnitsky. He studied at the Lviv Art College named after I. Trush in V. Korenev (1947 – 1948). Since 1944 he worked as an artist of the art department of the Khmelnytsky Culture Department. Laureate of the regional award. V. Rozvadovsky (1998) and the city award to them. B. Khmelnitsky (2003). He was awarded a diploma of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine in Kiev for his personal contribution to the development of the fine arts of Ukraine. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1998). Diploma of international exhibitions “Marina 2000” and “Marina-2004” in Odessa. Personal exhibitions were held in Khmelnitsky (1998, 2001, 2003, 2007, 2009 – 2013), Odessa (2004), Moscow (2009), Kaliningrad (1995, 1997). In 1994 – 2007 personal exhibitions were also held in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Greece. Lives and works in Khmelnitsky. The works are kept in the Lutsk Local History Museum, Khmelnitsky and Nikolaevsky HM, Feodosiya and Kaliningrad KG.
