Ukrainian painter. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1982. Poltavets-Guida Oksana Viktorovna was born on September 23, 1956 in Kiev. In 1980 she graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute, where she studied at V. Shatalin and T. Golimbievskaya. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1982. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Head of the Department of Painting of the Kiev State Institute of Decorative and Applied Art and Design named after Mikhail Boychuk. Major works: “The Last Bus” (1982), “Generation” (1987), “Family” (1988), cycle, “From Ukrainian Antiquity” (1998-2001), portraits of contemporaries and outstanding people of Ukraine (2000-2001). The artist’s works are presented in museums and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
