Soviet and Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. Honored Artist of Ukraine. He was born on November 20, 1925 in Odessa. He graduated from the Odessa Art College (1947), the Kiev Art Institute. Teachers by specialty – M. Pavlyuk, T. Fraerman, S. Grigoriev. Member of the Great Patriotic War. He worked in the easel painting industry. The main works: “The Golden Wedding” (1957); “In the blast furnace shop” (1960); “Zaochnik” (1963); “In a dress” (1964 – 1965); “Taras children” (1964) and others. Participated in exhibitions: republican and foreign since 1951, all-Union since 1965. He died in 1987. The works are kept in many public and private collections in Ukraine and abroad and are in constant demand among collectors.
