Soviet Ukrainian painter and teacher. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. Was born in with. Minkovtsi Khmelnytsky region January 21, 1921. He studied and lived in Kiev. Since the beginning of the sixties a whole layer of the history of the State Art High School named after Alexander Fedorovich has been associated with the name of Alexander Fedorovich Musa. T.G. Thanks to his energetic leadership, the school in 1968-1969 finally got its premises at the current address along Kuzminsky Street, 4 in the picturesque Syretsky Park area in Kiev.
