Soviet Ukrainian painter, graphic artist, sculptor. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts (Kyiv branch). He was born on July 16, 1936 in the city of Kiev. He graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute (1960). Teachers on the specialty – I. Makogon, V. Kostetsky, G. Melikhov. Works in the field of sculpture, easel and monumental painting. The main works: “Embroiderers” (1960), relief “Kiev – Hero City” (1970), mosaic panels – “Art and Sport” (1972), “Sport” (1976); “Tragedy of Mardzabotto” (1990). Member of the NSHU (1974). The works of the painter are represented in many public and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
