Soviet Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. He was born in the city of Kiev in 1919. Since my childhood I have shown the ability to draw. He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute. Author of numerous landscapes, still lifes and portraits. The war was over. Special abilities have shown in the subject of urban genre. I painted Kiev and its surroundings. Old courtyards, streets, the architecture of the post-war period – something that no longer exists. Painting Lysenko IS surprisingly lyrical. Lived and worked in Kiev. He passed away in 1967. Major works: “Kiev thaw.” (1960), “Monument to Nikolai Fyodorovich Vatutin” (1960), “Bald Mountain” (1963) and many others. The artist’s works are presented in many state and private collections in Ukraine and abroad. However, they are extremely rare.
