Kovzan Viktor Ivanovich

Soviet painter and graphic artist. Member of the USSR Union of Artists. Moscow city . He was born on January 3, 1929. Participated in exhibitions since 1957. The theme of creative work, the development of the fallow lands of Northern Kazakhstan, the life and way of life of the village workers is widely covered in the works of VI Kovzan. Lived and worked in the city of Moscow. The works are presented in many public and private collections in Russia, Ukraine and abroad. He passed away on September 24, 1976.
