Korostelev Vladimir Alexandrovich

Soviet Ukrainian painter, landscape painter. Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (since 1985). Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. Korostelev (Korostylev) Vladimir Aleksandrovich was born on July 21, 1925. He graduated from the Simferopol Art College. N. Samokisha (1955). Participated in numerous regional, republican and all-Union exhibitions. Worked in the field of easel painting. In 1976 in the Sumy Art Museum held a personal exhibition of the artist. Magnificent landscape painter, master of genre painting. A good colorist. Lived and worked in the city of Sumy. Works of VA. Korostyleva are represented in museum, gallery and private collections in Ukraine and abroad, are rare in the art market of Ukraine and are highly appreciated by collectors.
