Биография

Soviet Ukrainian artist of decorative and applied art, ceramist. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. Born September 15, 1926 in the village Lipiatini (now Chernigov region). He graduated from the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1965). Teachers by specialty – T. Porozhnyak, Yu. Lashchuk, V. Belyaev. Member of the CPSU. He worked in the art pottery industry. From 1968 to 1991 he worked as the head of the shop of the Lvov Experimental Ceramics and Sculpture Factory (LEXF). Participated in all-Ukrainian (1964) and all-Union (1968) art exhibitions. For the work of Kondratyuk, the generalization and geometrization of forms is characteristic, expressive dynamics of movement, original plastic finds of lines, shapes, silhouette, successful use of technological effects. Made from stone mass and chamotte dishes in the form of animals and birds. The main products: ceramic dishes (“Leo”, “Deer”, “Horse”, “Goat”, “Rooster”, “Baran”, “Girafa”, “Bird”), sets for drinks, vases (“Pava”, ” Gutsul “,” Gutsulka “). Co-author of a decorative panel for the Rovno Nuclear Power Plant (1985), decorative vases for the Moscow University of International Relations (1987). thematic vase “T. G.
