Khromenko Gleb Nikolayevich

Soviet Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. Khromenko Gleb Nikolayevich was born in 1925. He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute. He worked in art workshops of the Kiev regional association of artists “Ukoopkhudozhnik”, later transformed into the Kiev department of the workshops of the Art Fund of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Since 1953 the artist’s works have been regularly exhibited at republican, all-Union and foreign art exhibitions. In 1954 he took part in an exhibition devoted to the 300th anniversary of the reunification of Ukraine with Russia, which was held in Kiev. The author of thematic paintings, landscapes and still lifes. Products Хроменко Г.Н. are stored in museums, galleries and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
