Kareva Ludmila Ivanovna

Soviet Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Union of Artists (Kiev department). She was born on June 29, 1950 in Kiev. Graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute (1976). Teachers on the specialty – V. Shatalin, O. Basanets. Painter. Worked as a teacher of the State Art High School. T. Shevchenko (Kiev, 1995). Major works: “May 9. Memories “(1977),” Peace Day “(1978),” Evening at Interclub “(1979),” Native Kyivschina “(1985),” Summer “(1999),” Computer Center “(1976),” Autumn in Bereznyaky “(1979),” The Snow Comes “(1980),” The Evening at the Dacha “(2009); the cycle – “Signs of Kiev” (2006-2010). Member of NSHU (1982). Participated in numerous exhibitions of fine art of the USSR, the author of landscapes of still-lifes and subject-thematic paintings. The artist’s works are presented in state and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
