Soviet Ukrainian artist. Member of the USSR Union of Artists. Born May 15, 1905 in the village of Krasnoe (now Chernigov region). He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1930). Teachers by specialty – F. Krichevsky, M. Berenshtein, V. Palmov. Member of the Great Patriotic War. He worked in the easel painting industry. The main works: “To go into battle as a communist” (1944); “Meeting of war friends in Berlin” (1947); “Sturm Reichstag” (1951); “Young builders” (I960); “Good luck to you” (1967) and others. He participated in exhibitions: republican since 1929, all-Union since 1947. The works are in many public and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
