Soviet Ukrainian artist, master of art ceramics and teacher. Father M. Dragan. Honored Artist of Ukraine (1993). Member of NSU (1992). He graduated from the Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1962, teachers: G. Selsky, I. Skobalo, M. Tkachenko). Since then, he worked as a teacher of the drawing of the Lviv School of Decorative and Applied Art. Developed training programs on composition and professional skills. The main industry is modular ceramics. Among the students is Mikhail Demtsyu. The main works: the candlestick “Hutsuly” (1967); vase “Didugan” (1968); “Arkan” (1969), “The Duma” (1970), “Provenge” (1972); panel – “Energy” (house “Energosbyt” in Lviv, 1975); Exterior of the sanatorium “Crystal Palace” (Truskavets m., Lviv region, 1987).
