Dobrynin Grigory Petrovich

Soviet Ukrainian painter, graphic artist. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1963. He was born on July 31, 1930 in the village of Krasnoarmeyskoye, Zaporozhye region. He worked in the easel graphics industry. Since 1953 he is a member of the regional association of the Union of Artists. The leading form of creativity is printed graphics. Worked in the techniques of linocut and monotype: the latter learned one of the first in Zaporozhye. In the creative work of linority (a series of works) dedicated to Zaporozhye, 1961-1962; “Podruzhzha,” 1968; “The Guardian of the Baltic”, 1975) and monotypes (“Kyivan Pobororya”, 1967) .The main works: series of graphics “Zaporozhye Industrial” (1961 – 1962), “Village Workers” (1963), “In the Name of Peace” (1964 – 1965) , the triptych “In the Renovated Land” (1964), “March * (1966), etc. Participated in exhibitions: republican since 1961, all-Union since 1962. The artist’s works are presented in many public and private collections.
