Soviet Ukrainian painter. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. Honored Art Worker of Ukraine. Professor . He was born on May 31, 1950 in the city of Lugansk. He graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute. Teachers by specialty: T. Yablonskaya, O. Lopukhov, V. Gurin, L. Vitkovsky. Belyanskiy is engaged in teaching at the department of drawing of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, conducts courses in drawing and management of creative practice. For a long time Belyanskiy works in the field of higher art education, he has prepared a number of professional artists of master’s level recognized in Ukraine and abroad. For 22 years of scientific and pedagogical activity in NAOMA, Belyanskiy has professionally trained over 300 artists, including foreign citizens of the PRC, Moldova, Brazil, the Baltic countries. Among them, 4 people received the state honorary title “Honored Artist of Ukraine” (Dzhus T., Lopukhova N., Melnichuk I., Rudenko A.). Juravel M. received a grand prix at the Triennale of Painting 1998 for the painting “Bathing his son” and has the honorary title of academician of the Roman Academy of Modern Art. Lopukhova N., Melnichuk I., Rudenko A., Bludov A. teach in higher educational institutions of the III-IV level of accreditation. In the creative baggage of Beliansky about 40 paintings, more than 60 easel graphic works, monumental paintings. Beliansky’s creative achievements were described in many periodicals in Ukraine and abroad, albums-catalogs of collective and personal exhibitions. More than 30 publications in periodicals of Ukraine and abroad are devoted to the creativity of the artist. Many works of the artist are kept in private collections in China, USA, Israel, Switzerland, Germany and Russia.
