Soviet Ukrainian painter. Honored Artist of the USSR from 1985. Member of the USSR from 1974. He was born on April 17, 1941. He graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute. The main works: “In Poltava” (1969), “Surf”, “Spring in the Old Crimea”, “Autumn Bouquet” (all – 1970’s), “For the Holiday” (1973), “Ballad of the Banner” ( 1978), “G. Knyshov “(1981),” At an unnamed height “(1985),” Smuta “(1992),” Meeting Yaroslav the Wise with a brother “(2008),” Hopak “(2010). Deputy chairman of the Kyiv organization NSHU. Honored Artist of Ukraine. The works of the painter are widely represented in many public and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
