Soviet artist of arts and crafts, an outstanding ceramist. Member of the USSR Academy of Arts. He was born in 1938. He graduated from the Kiev School of Applied Arts in 1963. He graduated from the Lviv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts in 1968. Works in the field of arts and crafts (ceramics). For many years he worked at the Lviv ceramic-sculpture factory (LKSF). The author of many ceramic panels and plates made in the traditions of the Ukrainian folklore, utensils of everyday objects and everyday life.
